About Your Organizing Consultant
Linda Story became a professional organizer in 2005 when her eleventh relocation added laser focus to her long-sustained enthusiasm for readily managing life’s many transitions.
The challenges that come with any significant change—whether relocation, a change in employment, in health, a new baby, divorce, marriage or a change in finances—benefit from efficient planning, labor-saving patterns and the support of a neutral and experienced ally.
After being an educator for twelve years, a writer and photojournalist for thirteen years, Linda added studies in organizational systems and practices before launching Clear the Way Organizing, LLC.
A member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, and NAPO’s Golden Circle of experienced organizers, she enjoys meeting the diverse needs of individuals desiring their next step up in productivity--managing time, living space, papers and daily demands.
Linda wrote a “Get Organized” column for the Ithaca Journal of Ithaca, New York for seven years, and has presented organizational topics throughout central New York.
She and her husband enjoy avocations of travel, kayaking, birding, gardening, cooking and the pursuit of great photos, as well as visiting the families of their four children located in Alaska, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Brazil.
